We are a music education service offering lessons and therapy to students of all ages, stages, abilities and walks of life in various instruments. Our weekly lessons are completely personalized and tailored to our students' goals, values and experience.

Job Role

As an administrator for our music therapy program, you will be working at our head office in Blacktown. Your responsibilities will include supporting our team of music therapists, taking care of our therapy clients and new enquirers, as well as handling tasks such as:

  • Enrolments
  • Troubleshooting
  • Accounts
  • Social Media
  • Cleaning and Tidying the office

This role is perfect for an organized and creative person who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making it happen. It's a deeply rewarding job for the right individual who values contribution and seeing young creative people flourish.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Administrative experience of at least 1 year
  • A valid driver's license
  • Authorization to work in Australia
