**Company**

Our client is a highly successful and multi award-winning agency, with offices spanning the Central Coast. They are a fast paced, energetic group of professionals who are led from the front by an inspirational, philanthropic Director, who is engaging and empowers their staff. They're not just an agency but a multi-divisional business spanning across various exciting sectors.

**Duties**

Working within the Holiday Lettings team, you will be one of the key members of client and guest experiences with a mix of greeting, trouble shooting, managing housekeeping and property management. Specific duties will include:

- Day to day management for 30 high-end holiday properties from MacMasters to The Entrance
- Guest management, welcoming onsite and checking in
- Guest experience and answering questions around things to do in the area
- Ensuring properties are well maintained, and housekeeping scheduled
- Addressing enquiries from new clients and signing up new business

**Specific requirements**
- Service focused, perhaps hospitality background
- An understanding of property management
- Strong BDM or client management experience
- A real estate Certificate of Registration, or a desire to get one
- 5 days a week role with the ability to work 2 weekends a month (with 2 days off during the week)
