**Position Information**:
Nuwarra Public School opened in 1974 and has over 475 students currently enrolled. Included in this number are 17 mainstream and 8 Special Education Classes (5 Hearing Support and 3 Autism Mild/Moderate intellectual disability). It is situated in the Chipping Norton Network within the suburb of Moorebank, New South Wales.

**Selection Criteria**:
Approval to teach infants and primary, with a proven ability to use evidence informed practices to deliver differentiated literacy and numeracy program to meet the need of all learners.

Exceptional classroom management skills and ability to maintain a positive learning environment to support student welfare and the wellbeing of students from diverse backgrounds.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and inclusively to build positive relationships with all students, staff and the wider school community.

Experience and / or willingness to co-ordinate and implement school initiatives, including but not limited to sport, dance and / or public speaking and debating to strengthen school culture, student wellbeing and a sense of community.
