$45-$55 per hour + opportunity for overtime + commissions All call outs at double time (minimum 3 hours paid) Company car Full-time permanent role Exciting role with variety of field base work and industries Opportunity for upskilling and further career development Our client is Australian owned, specialising in fluid transfer solutions through mobile onsite service and replacement of hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings.
Due to growth, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work to join their team as a Field Service Technician.
Within this role you will provide consistent and accurate assembly, supply and installation of hoses, tubes and fittings for industrial applications.
The successful candidate will be provided with full product and job training.The Role: Assemble, supply and installation of hoses, tubes and fittings to equipment and machinery ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met Maintain customer records with all necessary information regarding orders, quotes and product information Attend all assigned service calls Upselling of service and products whilst on customer service calls Ensure all policy, procedures and safety requirements are adhered to at all times What we're looking for: Trade or field services experience in fitting, mechanical, hydraulics or similar trade Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship Desire to be a team player Ability to arrange and plan priorities Anticipate problems and be pro-active in finding solutions Strong understanding of customer service Have an understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices Ability to carry out instructions Medically fit for the task Be well presented and groomed Flexibility with working hours as after-hours availability is a pre-requisite (rotational on call roster) Customer service focused with the ability to build client relationships Benefits: $45-$55 per hour + opportunity for overtime + commissions All call outs at double time (minimum 3 hours paid) Company car Full-time permanent role Exciting role with variety of field base work and industries Opportunity for upskilling and further career development If you're ready for the next step in your career, APPLY TODAY
