Flying Spaghetti Recruitment are proud to present one of the countries best insolvency & restructuring companies seeking an Account Manager in their Wollongong office to assist with the forward growth of the business

The group has grow to be the second largest in Australia & they've gone about doing this by providing a second to none service, assisting businesses capturing on the governments stand point in helping small business across Australia in getting their financials under control via simplified debt reduction.

The goal is to save small businesses & lift the burden this causes across the country. They are passionate about making real change within the industry.

Due to extraordinary business growth they are looking for an Account Manager to facilitate continued growth and guide business activities in this all exciting of sectors.

**The Opportunity**
In this permanent, full-time position, you will be working closely with our Managers to guide businesses through key processes and business activities. You will gain invaluable practical experience by immersing yourself in all opportunities that we have to offer. Reporting to the owner, you will be vital in communicating with internal and external stakeholders effectively to ensure that expectations are met to a high standard.

We want you to capitalise on your skill set and build your professional network through assisting with business development, client management, liquidation and insolvency, and advisory. The firm's desire brings great opportunities for career development.

**Your Responsibilities**
As Account Manager, you will:

- Have sound business and commercial understanding.
- Support the owner & management in all aspects of our key processes, including insolvency, restructuring, investigations, and voluntary administration.
- Play a key role in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, particularly the client journey.
- Assist in developing innovative strategies to solve complex business problems for clients.
- Use financial modelling, analysis, and other relevant skills to inform decision-making.
- Positively impact on the team's culture and always deliver high-quality services.
- Work diligently within a fast-paced environment.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in professional service.
- Accounts background preferable
- A broad professional background and understanding of practical aspects of business operations, commerciality and managing.
- Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand or equivalent membership.
- Proven ability to develop connections, and influence at all levels.
- A strong understanding of accountancy & some understanding of voluntary administration, liquidation, and business trading processes.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling and capital management.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong internal and external communication, both written and verbal, and professionalism.
- Technical skills in all relevant areas will be considered.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Demonstrated motivation, discipline, and resilience.
- Full working rights in Australia.
