**Your Role**:
- Following the guideline and delivering the best result of Online ads and campaigns for TMGM Globally
- Define and deliver the outcomes for programmatic, social, and SEM campaigns for our direct & agency advertisers, including implementation, delivery, optimization, and recommendations
- Provide strategic digital media recommendations for always-on and campaign-based activity, utilizing a data-driven approach through TMGM's data platform and other data sources
- Commercial & margin management across all campaigns & advertisers you are responsible for, ensuring we are delivering outcomes in the most cost-effective manner
- Engage and partner with SEM, social and programmatic vendors to keep across the ever-changing landscape.
**Requirements**:
- 3 + years' experience in Digital Marketing and an expert in either Paid Social or Programmatic and a strong track record in execution and implementation of successful digital strategies
- Ideally 2+ years' experience in Performance Media and an exceptional ability to hold your own throughout day-to-day day dealings
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, logical thinker, and high attention to detail
- Team player who takes ownership and enjoys executing and delivering exceptional results.
- Strong sense to understand of SEA Market/ Chinese-Speaker Market
- Knowledge and experience with advertising, digital tracking, attribution & analytical suites (DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong platform knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads & Programmatic buying
- Adobe analytics experience is a bonus but not required
- Tertiary qualifications in finance and/or marketing preferred
- Strong Presentation skills
