**Role Description**

This is a full time role for a Disability Support Worker at Tranquility Support Services Pty Ltd located in Central Coast, NSW. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with disabilities. This can include:

- **S**ocial, emotional and physical support
- Supporting families
- Reporting on client's progress through shift notes
- Assistance with daily living
- Assessing client's challenges and identifying potential referrals for further assistance
- Travel assistance

Must have or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Check
- First Aid + CPR
- WWCC
- Police Check
- Bachelors degree or Tertiary qualification in relevant field

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
