The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a proactive, motivated and suitably experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join one of our many underground diamond drilling sites across Australia.

As the Senior Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the management of day-to-day operations on site, including personnel, maintenance, safety, equipment, productivity and continuous improvement activities. This is an opportunity to expand on your existing skills and experience through mentorship and coaching while building and promoting a high performing drilling crew.

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Supervision and management of site-based personnel;
- Client management including coordination of daily drilling operations and production meetings;
- Monitoring and reporting on performance, productivity and budgets
- Maintaining suitable levels of drilling consumables and supplies onsite;
- Maintain site budgets ensuring cost effective solutions; and
- Ensure compliance with all Swick and Client regulations on site.

Experience and Skills
- 6-8 years' experience in Underground Diamond Drilling operations
- Experience leading a team and with contractor management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret drill plans
- Strong time management and problem solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Drilling Operations
- Training and Assessing Skill Set
- Current C Class Driver License
- Senior First Aid (desirable)
