**About the role**

As our **Marketing and Communications Assistant**, you'll be a vital part of a supportive, creative and high-performing team. This role supports and coordinates marketing and communication activities across digital and traditional channels to build the Mamre brand and promote our services and programs.

This is a **Full-time, 5-month maternity leave cover contract** with the possibility of extension. Looking for an immediate start, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, Windsor location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting marketing strategies through the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and always on communications activities
- Assisting with the writing, design, optimisation and scheduling of engaging content to promote our services, programs and projects
- Assisting with creating content and managing engagement for social media channels
- Supporting the maintenance of our websites and monitoring Mamre's online presence
- Assisting with planning, organising and coordinating events
- Contributing to reporting and data analysis
- Providing support in managing internal marketing requests

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related area, or a combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Willing and able to work occasionally outside work hours to support events
- Current Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Card or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (Mamre will assist during onboarding)
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination

**_ Skills and experience in the following are highly desirable: _**
- Experience in a marketing and communications role
- Ability to create high-quality content for social media, websites and eDMs
- Experience using Drupal, MailChimp, online search and social media advertising, and graphic design software (Eg. Canva)
