About the roleWe are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join the Elders Rural Real Estate team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Joining the State team, you will be joining a team with a successful history in rural real estate sales for over 40 years.
In this role, you will be supporting a variety of Rural Sales Representatives across Queensland.This is a varied role that will see you provide superior administrative and sales support to our Rural agents.
You will assist with buyer enquiries, lead prospecting and CRM management support to various agents, in various locations with different operating styles.
This role will also allow for exposure to the sales process and can be seen as a stepping stone to becoming an Elders Sales agent.With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and be supported to learn and grow your career.
ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships Assisting in the preparation of documentation and management of listings, contracts and providing quality service to the rural sales agents.Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers and supporting the debt collection processCreating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community eventsManage leads pipeline and database prospecting.Assist agents with research and external platform support (Qld Globe, Agtuary, Price Finder etc)Provide administrative support to rural sales agents statewide.Respond to phone and email enquiries from rural sales agents.About youTo succeed at Elders, you:Have a sound knowledge of, and an interest in, the real estate industry Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clientsPrevious administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to providing a high level of customer servicePoses a creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industryProficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skillsAbout EldersElders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
