About the Role As
Workshop Manager
, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy Perth workshop, managing a team of 6 and leading all aspects of panel beating, insurance liaison, parts management, safety compliance, workflow optimisation, and team coordination.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage workshop operations from estimating to final repairs
Lead, coach, and schedule your team to meet productivity and quality targets
Liaise with insurers, parts suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with WHS and maintain a safe, efficient working environment
Support customer interactions – both private and corporate
Work with tools such as iBodyshop and internal systems to drive efficiencies

5+ years in a workshop environment, with a
panel beating background
Demonstrated
leadership experience
and team supervision
Strong understanding of insurance processes and parts supply
Great with communication – both verbal and written
Proficient in workflow and productivity management tools
Organised, energetic, and solutions-focused
