Autoleague are seeking a **Trainee Automotive Parts Interpreter** to join our team at** Perth Trade Parts in Bassendean.**

As an integral member of our highly professional Parts team, you will be responsible for the timely issuing of parts to retail customers as well as dealing with incoming telephone queries & orders in an efficient polite and professional manner.

**Role**:

- Handle customer requests, take sales and quotation enquiries as required
- Build and maintain customer loyalty and support, including the maintenance of existing clients.
- Ensure daily orders are placed on time
- Monitoring sales revenue, margin, initiating corrective action where required

**You**:

- Possess some technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
- Customer service focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
- Career minded with a "Can Do" attitude
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and helpful
