Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Advisor to join the team Reporting to the Senior Resourcing Advisor - East, you will support end to end resourcing of blue and white-collar roles for our growing east coast team.

Working as part of the Resourcing Team, you will understand and manage end to end resourcing of trades, engineers, health and safety, and commercial type of blue and white-collar roles for our growing east coast team.
- Your responsibilities will include:_- Partnering with our Hiring and line Managers to deliver high quality resourcing to the project- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Collaborating with the broader Project HR and Administration teams to effectively manage the on-boarding of new employees.- Utilising social media to promote employment opportunities and employer branding.- Drafting and posting online recruitment advertisements.
- What you will bring to the team:_- You will have internal recruitment experience preferably across blue and white collar roles in the construction, mining, oil and gas, engineering and infrastructure or similar industries.- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Solid systems experience and intermediate to advance Microsoft office skills- Experience writing and posting online recruitment advertisements.-
- Strong communication and collaborations skills.
