Responsibilities:
Strong skills across the project life cycle, emphasizing Design and Architecture (DA)
Lead the creative process at a senior level, ensuring work meets and exceeds client expectations
Develop people skills for effective client relations, collaborative engagement in team settings, and coordinating external sources
Time management skills to coordinate deadlines and established project objectives
Proficiency in Revit native software, with excellent hands-on skills; Rhino skills are highly regarded
About You
Experience in Multi Residential/Hotel works reflecting the current pipeline
8-10+ years of studio experience in Australian architecture
Strong understanding of Australian codes and standards
A positive and committed attitude
