This group will provide a single point of accountability for growth and dedicated oversight, focus and responsibility.
About the Job
Forming part of the newly created Growth Business Group, and reporting into Manager Growth Intelligence, the Growth Intelligence Analyst provides actionable insights, forecasts, and trends to support business decisions across key teams while ensuring external enquiry response times are met.
They manage and monitor changes in demand and deliver regular reporting to inform strategic actions and growth planning.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply analytical, curious, and driven by uncovering insights that influence big decisions.
You are passionate about working with data, transforming complex information into clear actionable intelligence that supports strategic growth.
You thrive on connecting the dots, identifying trends, and turning analytics into compelling stories and recommendations.
With a strong eye for detail and a systems-thinking mindset, you bring confidence and clarity to reporting and insight development.
Whether it's interpreting data for long-term planning, your ability to extract meaning and vale from numbers and information is what sets you a part.
Your responsibilities for this opportunity
Ensure accurate data capture, provide data insights to key stakeholders, monitor and track demand variations across geographical locations in the state.
Develop and maintain demand/sequencing data for both short-term (8 years) and long-term (9-30 years) planning.
Use forecasting tools to inform asset growth and production strategies.
Advise on sequencing for housing growth activities based on demand intelligence.
Leverage AI and analytics to deliver reports that enhance decision-making and expedite external enquiries.
Engage with internal teams to understand their data and reporting needs.
Your success in this role will come from
Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in data analysis and reporting within a growth, planning, or business intelligence function.
Expertise in using advanced analytics and AI tools to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into understandable recommendations for diverse teams.
