**The Role**

Tasks in this challenging and rewarding role include:

- Keeping our financial and client databases up to date
- Processing payments and external invoices, including foreign currency invoices
- Preparing various reports and forms relating to the invoicing process
- Monthly and ad hoc invoicing
- Creating new files and attending conflict checks
- Daily monitoring of trade mark correspondence
- Assisting the trade marks team in day to day correspondence and database management

We are primarily seeking law students who have an interest in IP law and who would appreciate gaining practical legal experience while they continue with their studies, in a flexible and supportive working environment.
