Building Review TechnicianThe role of a Building Review Technician is to provide technical and cost validation of Builder's reports, scope of works and quotes including specialist reports to assist Claims Management teams, Loss Adjusting and Repair Solutions.
What are my accountabilities?
Minimising claims cost by effectively reviewing building cost and negotiating acceptable outcomes with suppliers
Communication with suppliers, internal claims team and supplier relationship team
Timely and accurate review of scopes of work and supplier quotations
About you:
Previous hands-on building experience
Trade or Building qualification
Ability to simplify technical building matters and communicate to stakeholders.
Skills in preparing a scope of works
