**Outcomes to be delivered over the period**: Key activities across the contracts are co-ordinated and achieved with right level of quality checks and on time.Issues arising are discussed with relevant stakeholders, escalated as required, and monitored to resolution.Systems to assist in Contract Management and Administration are continually reviewed and improved.Any improvements in contract management processes are captured and systems updated to reflect.Undertake tasks associated with initiatives identified with the team business plan.Accountabilities include: - Co-ordinate developing TransLink's framework for monitoring and measuring the performance of rail and freight services to optimise value for money and Customer Service outcomes. - Coordinating communications and contact with service providers relating to the General Freight and Livestock Contracts. Reviewing and analysing reporting and performance information provided against contract requirements and undertake actions to address issues and opportunities. Build the team's understanding of specific contracts to ensure requirements and obligations are met by the service provider and TMR. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to undertake problem solving, including coordination of and participation in meetings. - Provide frontline support and advice for Manager in leading and managing development and delivery of team requirements. 'This work would typically include development of budgets, accruals and forecasts, assessment of financial information, review and assessment of strategic plans, development of CBRC submissions and commercial analysis of cost models and business proposals.'- Ensure business as usual processes (such as invoice review, approval/validation and payment or issuing) are undertaken. Co-ordinate procurement processes as required (including for ancillary or project tasks such as for consultant services). Co-ordinate and contribute to continuous improvement to existing and developing systems within this role and team.
