As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients' orders are completed efficiently and with the utmost quality.
We take great pride in our productive and collaborative work environment, where each team member takes ownership of their responsibilities.Your primary responsibilities will include converting various types of media, handling intake and organization processes, completing transactions, and ensuring timely shipment of client orders on a daily basis.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must be adept at working both independently and as part of a team.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, capable of effectively multitasking, and able to maintain a high level of focus.

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all client and company materials
• Receive, inventory, and enter orders into our system as they arrive
• Ship orders that have been fulfilled
• Provide professional and excellent service to all our clients
• Perform other administrative duties required by your Direct Manager and other team membersBackground Check: Should we request it, pre-hire, you may be asked for your consent and agree to execute any documents or to take any other actions reasonably necessary to facilitate FOREVER's performance of a background check on you, which may include a report of your credit.QualificationsWhat You Will Bring:
