Based in a rural Queensland community, this position offers the chance to work in a values-led, supportive team that prioritises clinical excellence and patient-centred care.This is a full-time permanent position (38-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), offering excellent work-life balance with no shift work or overtime required.
You'll have the autonomy to make clinical decisions while being backed by a collaborative acute mental health team and an engaged clinical leader.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 2 years' experience in mental health nursingCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseStrong clinical TRIAGE, assessment and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary teamPrevious experience in rural or remote healthcareFamiliarity with Queensland Mental Health Act 2016Competency in CIMHA and electronic health record systemsNo shift work or overtime - enjoy a stable weekday rosterAccommodation available for 6-18 months when relocating (nominal $50/week)Relocation support - including moving costs, to be negotiated before commencementSalary range: $,017 - 4,302 p.f.
