About the Role

**As the Deputy Principal you will**:

- improve the educational outcomes of students in their schools;
- develop the quality of teaching and learning;
- nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders.

It is essential for the successful applicant to have strong organisational and communication skills, capability to lead a coaching culture and a school wide pedagogical approach, a well-developed understanding of how to support highly capable learners and learners with complex needs. The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate they work well in a team along with the ability to lead teams.
