**Finance Clerk**

**We are seeking an experienced Finance Clerk to join our team at Peel Health Campus**

**Temporary Part
- time opportunity (3 months duration)**

**About the Role**

This opportunity will see you join our Finance Team at Peel Health Campus and be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service with regards to banking, cash and general administration functions.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will display an unwavering commitment to delivering customer service excellence each and every time and understand how to leave our customers with a professional and positive impression of our site, all in line with our Ramsay Core Values.

In addition, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities.

You will also have exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders at all levels to achieve positive outcomes.

You will also bring:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and sensitivity to customer's needs
- Proven organisational skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Understanding of account coding and filing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using SAP Finance system (Desirable)
- Experience working in a health care environment (Desirable)

**Requirements**:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19, **a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases
