Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support our corporate network of restaurants in Western Australia and their teams to drive sales growth and deliver results.
Ensure uncompromising food safety and quality standards.
Build and develop strong restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
Multi-site management experience, dealing with corporate stores and/or franchisees
Excellent stakeholder management skills
GYG brand advocate
Experience driving profitability
Knowledge of culinary excellence
