Cumberland Care Service is a private agency that has been providing a range of services for the frail aged & disabled 1995.

Our services are tailored to support our clients requiring assistance with daily living, enabling them to live at home as independently as possible for as long as possible.

We also provide clients and their Primary Carers with support and respite through In Home Care and Community Access.

We are looking to expand our team of support staff. Willing to work in the Sutherland and St George Area Weekdays daytime shifts, caring for our Aged and Disabled clients in their own Home Care as well as providing Community Access Services during the week and Weekends.

About your role as a member of our team

As a member of the Cumberland Care Service you will be joining a team of dedicated support staff in providing a range of services to clients including but not limited to
- Personal Care

Domestic Assistance

Meal Preparation

Shopping Assistance

Transport/Community Access

Social Support Groups/Community Access.Team Environment

Your role will include completing documentation and notifying our office of any changes to client requests or services. You must have the ability to work both independently and as part of our team.

Essential Requirements

Current driver's license

Own your own car

Completed or obtaining Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Community or Disability Services

Registered and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Current police check (or willingness to obtain)

Current NDIS workers screening check (or willingness to obtain)

Current working with children check (or willingness to obtain)

Current first aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Up to date vaccinations

Mobile Phone

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $38.26 - $77.54 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
