**Hours**:

- Saturday 6 hour shift - Afternoon/evening 1 PM - 7 PM
- Sunday: 2 hour shift - Morning 8 AM - 10 AM
- More Hours during school holidays

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Support Workers to provide care for a high needs girl with a brain injury in Auburn. The child requires specialized care, including tube feeding during the day. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the child's well-being and quality of life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and compassionate care to the child, meeting her physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
- Administer tube feeding and assist with any other medical procedures as required under supervision.
- Engage the child in age-appropriate activities to promote socialization and cognitive development.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the child at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and therapists, to ensure the child's care plan is followed accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working with children, especially those with high needs.
- Valid full driver's license.
- Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide care on weekends and holidays.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with disabilities.

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
