As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Moulden – Temple Terrace, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks .

Our 73-place centre blends natural and manmade play spaces designed to foster environmental awareness, curiosity, and creativity.We are a Meeting-rated service as assessed by ACECQA, reflecting our commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality care and education in line with the National Quality Standard.Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Director to join our team and take a hands-on leadership role, specifically in our Nursery Room (0–2 years).
Work closely with the Centre Director to oversee daily operations and Early Childhood Professionals support.As a Lead in the Nursey Room, you'll receive 2.5 – 3 hours a week of programming time for curriculum with the support of other team members in the room.Assistant Director time off the floor of dedicated 2 hours a week for administrative and leadership tasks.Team Collaboration - Share the workload and foster a positive, supportive team culture.Be a Role Model - Demonstrate excellence in practice, setting standards for others to follow.A passion for fostering meaningful relationships with children, families, and educatorsIf you're a passionate Early Childhood Teacher ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting Assistant Director opportunity.
