We are on the lookout for motivated Executive Support Officers (AO4/AO5) to work with busy State Government Departments

**About the role**:

- Provide a high and confidential level of administration support to Senior Executives
- Manage, draft and track incoming correspondence as required
- Manage busy calendars and diaries as required - scheduling and organising meetings
- Organising travel and credit card reconciliations as required
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and assisting in board reports

**About you**:

- Previous experience in Executive Support/Personal Support/Executive Officer
- Government experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Systems experience - TRIM, eDRMS, Doctrak, MINCOR/MECS is regarded
- Ability to work with conflicting deadlines and manage busy schedules
- Professional attitude towards work and flexibility
