**About the Company**:
Our client is seeking a Finance Partner to contribute to the success of the business by partnering with one of their key business units and deliver a full range of planning, reporting, decision support and financial analysis services.

You'll join an innovative team, who drive change and make a meaningful impact across the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with other parts of Finance to deliver monthly results analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, scenario analysis, business case support and cost analysis.
- Contribute to the success of the business unit by identifying new opportunities to reduce cost and benchmarking operational performance through greater transparency and further development of key operational metrics.
- Develop strong relationships with senior management to embed financial analysis and decision support within all areas of the business.
- Provide financial support in the identification, shaping and evaluation of new business initiatives and commercial outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- CA/CPA qualfiied.
- Experience completing monthly results analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, scenario analysis, business case support and cost analysis, including CAPEX and OPEX.
- Significant experience advising and partnering with operational staff and project teams.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels
