Gardener - Berrima

**About the role**

This Sydney based family are looking for a full-time Gardener to assist the Property Manager maintain their immaculately presented luxury estate and love it as much as they do.

Extensive well established park-like grounds cover over 14 acres of the property. With a further 30 acres of woodlands the property is set in the heart of the Southern Highlands, between Bowral & Berrima.

With the owners off-site you will work with the property manager to help maintain the garden and grounds.

You maybe keen to move from a casual position and gain full-time work or work on a hourly rate but have 5 days/week locked and loaded. At the same time we are willing to hear from those with experience that can fit only 2-3-4 days onto their current work commitments.

**Responsibilities**
- Mow and edging of lawns
- Trim / prune shrubs and trees (including extensive hedging)
- Lay and maintain turf grass and manage irrigation
- Weeding, fertilising, mulching
- Tend to the vegetable patch and herb garden
- Maintain chooks & fishponds

**Requirements**:

- Experience in farm or large garden management
- Capacity to support the Property Manager in wide variety of garden and property maintenance needs
- Licensed and to operate, and able to maintain, equipment (from chainsaw to ride-on mowing equipment and tractor)
- Confidential & discreet, with professional personal presentation

**Location and Remuneration**
- Location: Berrima / Bowral
- An attractive base salary is on offer (an hourly rate can be negotiated)
