**About the role**
To support the Manager Foundation in the coordination, support and successful delivery of RACQ Foundation Community Grants Program as well as the Community Assistance Program and Foundation - centre community and corporate events.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external service providers, partners and community organisations to maximise project delivery outcomes and foundation awareness.
- Proactively cultivate relationships with key industry bodies, government agencies and other NGOs to raise awareness of the foundations purpose and role in the community.
- Contribute to raising member, organisational and staff awareness of the foundations purpose and programs.
- Contribute to the preparation of board and senior management reporting on foundation activities and funding.
- Processing invoices, booking travel and credit card reconciliation.
- Preparing and compiling documentation including briefs, project schedules, itineraries and post event reports.
**About you**:
- At least 2-5 years relevant experience across event or project management
- Strong and proven planning and organisational ability, particularly in the coordination and delivery of corporate and large-scale public events.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, follow through on tasks and meet deadlines to effect smoothly coordinated and execute grants
- Problem-solving skill
- Superior MS Office skills
- High level of interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work outside normal business hours
