**The Client**:
Our client is one of the industry leaders within the luxury hotels space. Their business has a huge scope across multiple sectors, which allows them to offer long term career progression in the field you want to work

**Your role will include**:

- Managing the statutory and essential service building compliance function
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to evaluate the statutory building compliance function ensuring all works are inline with compliance standards
- Contribute to the preventative maintenance program
- Develop and implement asset maintenance strategy
- Manage the asset lifecycle maintenance planning
- Provide technical advice on service contracts

**You will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Buildings Services and/or Compliance Management (or related discipline) or equivalent industry and/or organisational experience
- Previous experience in Facilities Management or Asset Management
- Extensive experience across HVAC, Fire protection, Electrical, Plumbing/Gas and related essential building services
- Strong written and verbal communication
