The Adviser & Licensee Services team is at the heart of our mission to strengthen partnerships with financial advisers. We're entering an exciting phase of transformation, where your expertise in operations and stakeholder management will be critical in building a world-class support ecosystem for advisers and ultimately, our members.

**The Role**
As an Adviser and Licensee Operations Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in UniSuper's strategic initiative to strengthen partnerships with financial advisers and enhance support for members seeking professional financial guidance.

You will manage the entire process of onboarding and offboarding licensees, advisers, and their staff, as well as handle key adviser transactions to ensure a seamless and compliant experience that meets both regulatory standards and member needs.

This newly established function offers a unique opportunity to develop innovative processes and manage complex transactions. You will adopt an independent yet collaborative approach, effectively managing your workload while being ready to support your team when needed.

Key responsibilities include:

- Onboarding and offboarding licensees and financial advisers with meticulous attention to detail
- Conducting comprehensive checks and managing case-based interactions with advisers
- Overseeing critical transactions like advice fee deductions and member-adviser linkages
- Utilising Salesforce and other systems to manage workflow and track interactions
- Supporting advisers through our dedicated digital portal and technical support channels
- Collaborating across internal teams to continuously improve our adviser service model

**About You**
We're seeking a highly skilled and adaptable professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a dynamic financial services environment.

Key requirements include:

- Proven experience in financial services, ideally with demonstrated success working directly with financial advisers
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong risk management and compliance awareness
- A genuine commitment to continuous improvement and creating outstanding customer experiences
- Proficiency in Salesforce and working with digital workflow management systems would be advantageous
