The Company;
A well-known successful company in the Travel and Immigration services industry based in Kingston ACT, is looking for a customer service/administration officer to work 5 days a week.

The Role;
As a Customer service/Administration officer you will;
- Dispatch and coordinate deliveries from the office
- Drive and deliver documents to various consulates
- Track incoming and outgoing packages
- Review orders and ensure necessary documents are obtained
- Organize and maintain documentation
- Administration duties
- Build relationships with key clients

About you;
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good organizational, computer and communication skills
- Well presented
- Good time management skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to work with a variety of people
- Full License and Car needed
- Permanent Residents/Citizens only
