**About the role**
**The role will involve**:
- Day to day management of a cross functional team of 20+ colleagues
- Close working relationships with stakeholders from our manufacturing, finance and merchandise team
- Liaison directly with Trade Account Customers and General Customer
- Sales & design systems to draft up quotes &/or completed designs for customers
- Enquiries follow up and conversation management
- Roster management & general store administration duties
- Inventory management
**Skills and attributes**:
- Positive selling attitude & empower your team to sell
- Retail &/or Trade Outlet experience
- A self-starter able to set goals and deliver sales targets
- Customer centric attitude
- Ability to communicate with clarity
- Be able to coach & develop your team
- Have a level of technical acumen to understand engineered products
