As the Store Manager you will be a brand ambassador for SHEIKE everyday. You will provide an absolutely exceptional customer experience & lead your team of Stylists to do the same. You will drive the team to build authentic customer connections, exceed KPI targets as well as grow personally & professionally.

You will play a pivotal role in opening our first SHEIKE store in SA

- Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
- Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
- Coach, train & motivate your team every day
- Achieve and exceed incredible sales results & KPI's
- Rostering & wage control at a high level
- Recruit & induct exceptional team to the business, who embody the SHEIKE Pillars
- Visual Merchandising, stock control & management to ensure strong commerciality
- A passionate brand ambassador who will lead a new team to success

**We are looking for...**
- 2+Yrs experience as a Store Manager (Ideally within fashion or flagship)
- Exceptional customer service & styling skillset
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
- Experience in leading, recruiting + developing a team with influence
- The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
- Self-motivated & strong communicator
- A leader who believes in excellence always
