**About you**:
Becoming a White Lily bespoke Consultant means that you will have an impeccable personal presentation and terrific people skills. Our team of stylists has an outstanding reputation for being the best in the industry. Not essential but we are looking for experience in sales or styling as well as a talent for making people laugh, and feel beautiful, welcomed, and comfortable. Your ability to read a room and connect with others, together with your strong work ethic, loyalty, and passion for success is pivotal. We are looking for a highly organised, committed sales consultant to drive sales and her own success, (this role would also suit Mum's getting back into the workforce) A love for luxurious fabrics, glimmering details, and fabulous silhouettes will make it an easy decision.

**The role**:
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR BUT NOT ESSENTIAL,**
- Must be able to work Saturdays and have flexible availability to take on extra shifts as needed
- Commitment to a long-term career in this industry
- Previous sales experience with a strong focus on customer service ideal.
- Proven history of achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs highly regarded
- Customer service-focused
- Exceptional people skills
- Impeccable presentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
- Rapidly build rapport with customers
- Learn quickly and retain information
- Hard-working and dynamic person with strong multi-tasking skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: $23.92 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Red Hill, QLD 4059: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
