The Community Rehabilitation Service Manager role is a great opportunity to work at the forefront of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. The Service Manager, in conjunction with the Manager, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Community Rehabilitation services at Sunshine and Williamstown. The role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop and hone leadership and management skills in a supported environment. The Service Manager is pivotal in ensuring that the clinicians are able to provide effective, evidence-based, patient-centred care and that the clients receive BEST CARE.

The role is Fulltime Permanent position

**To be Successful in this Role you
- **Must be an experienced Allied Health practitioner who can lead and manage a multidisciplinary team**:

- **Have highly developed interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict management**:

- **Must be able to use data to inform and facilitate performance and quality improvement and assist innovative problem solving**:

- **Must be an effective time manager who is organised, attentive to detail and can manage operational tasks including rostering, OH&S, fleet car maintenance and KPI monitoring.**
