About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Auditor to join our front office team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the resort during the overnight shift (10pm-6am), checking in late arrivals, ensuring a seamless guest experience, handling daily financial transactions, end-of-day reporting, managing issues or emergencies, and delivering high standards of customer service.

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, your key responsibilities include :
Overseeing the night audit process, ensuring accuracy of end-of-day procedures, revenue, transactions, payments, security, and reporting
Facilitating guest check-ins & check-outs and providing information about accommodation, rates, and amenities
Monitoring, addressing, and resolving overnight operational or guest issues and emergencies
Communicating effectively with other departments to meet guest needs
Conducting audits, identifying improvements, and implementing changes
This is a permanent, part-time position, working Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Additional daytime shifts may be available if desired.
What you'll need to be successful
Previous night auditor experience & knowledge in a front office 4-5 star hotel / resort environment
PMS experience, Opera preferred, and proficiency in MS Office applications
Understanding of financial processes, information, and data
High attention to detail, excellent administration, and organizational skills
Hold or ability to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
