Station Client Service Officer

**Your Key Accountabilities will include**:

- Act as the first point of contact to the public requiring assistance in police stations.- Assist members of the public and provide information relating to Queensland Police Service initiatives.- Undertake counter duties including taking crime reports, issuing permits and other associated documentation.- Competently use police computer databases and inputting data as necessary.- Competently use police communication equipment when necessary.- Compile reports and other correspondence and assist in the preparation of police documentation as required.- Proactively contributing to the development of administrative systems and processes that assist in the running of a station.- Receive and receipt of found property including money.- Receipt money including currency and electronic funds transfer at point of sale (EFTPOS) transactions.- Undertake duties with the minimum of supervision both during and out of normal business hours as required.
