**The position**

Ultimately Reporting to the QA Manager via the Food Safety Team Leader, the role requires an experienced QA Clerk, preferably with Food Industry qualifications and/or experience to assist the QA Team and Redox staff with Food Safety compliance.
- Data Entry
- Maintaining a comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality documentation control program relevant to food ingredients and raw materials supplied by the business.
- Maintaining live Aust Food and Grocery Council (AFGC) PIF forms for active Food products
- Assist in providing quality industry related information to sales staff and customers
- Liaising with suppliers to assist and provide relevant Food Safety & Regulatory documentation
- Completing customer questionnaires and/or internal specifications and ensuring all correspondence is filed accordingly
- Ensure validity of all supplier information documents uploaded in system

**About you**
- Australian/NZ citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
- Fast and accurate data-entry skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Previous experience in an office support role
- Ability to communicate with staff at various levels and divisions of the business
- Food safety/technology experience would be an advantage
- Live within an easy commute to Minto NSW
