About this Quality Assurance role, we are seeking an exceptional Data Entry Clerk to assist the QA Team in maintaining Product Specifications and Certificates of Analysis.

Clerical duties include:

  • Data Entry
  • Processing Certificate of Analysis (C of A's) and following up non-conformances
  • Investigating and updating technical data
  • Maintaining Product Specifications and related documentation
  • Providing quality industry-related information to sales staff and customers

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent time management skills, intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office, and experience in office support roles.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Science or related disciplines, as well as previous experience in product specification and Certificate of Analysis.

For this role, flexibility and ability to think on your feet are essential qualities.
