**Strata Cleaner**

**SUB- CONTRACTOR (minimum 1 year strata cleaning experience)**
- Must be a sole trader, partnership, or a company
- Must have ABN
- Must have Public liability insurance
- Must have a current driver's license and own transport (unbranded vehicle or have branding that can be removed off your vehicle)

Qualities we are looking for are;
- Must have own cleaning equipment.
- Basic understanding of equipment
- Organisational & communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Be responsible, reliable and punctual
- Attention to detail

Some of the main duties will include: vacuuming (backpack vacuum needed), internal cleaning (detailing, window cleaning, etc.) external cleaning (cobwebs, blowing and collecting of leaves, litter removal, etc.) bin management (taking bins in and out, washing of bins)

**Job Types**: Sub-Contractor

**Salary**: $40 + gst per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
