We are a modern Japanese Bar & Restaurant in the heart of Perth is looking for additions to team member.

You will be the face of our business, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Your main responsibilities are to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for every guest.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Being able to help sustain operation with constant busy trades. (100+ one time seating capacity).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene for our table and store to our high standard whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Preserve a positive attitude throughout the shift from start to end of the shift.
- Customer Service : Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner. Addressing any inquiries, providing information about the menu and ensure their needs are met.
- Order Management : Take customer orders accurately, enter them into our POS system, and relay orders to the kitchen or other relevant teams. Double-check orders for accuracy.
- Menu Knowledge : Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any specials. Providing recommendations and answer any customer questions.

Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication and strong personality.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure/dynamic situations professionally and calmly.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Positive and friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

**Salary**: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
