Customer Success Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role involves providing overall project support including monitoring project plans, ensuring that deadlines are met, updating risks and issues, producing reports and briefing packs, managing the logistical requirements of the projects, as well as providing administration support to the Project Manager.Job RequirementsAssisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties.Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analyzedAssigning tasks and holding weekly Project Check In meetings to track progressWorking with the team to remove blockersControl schedule; scheduling projects and allocating resourcesTrack, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunitiesOverseeing procurement and communicating to procurement manager any issues arising; including raising Sales Orders via ERPInvolved in Coordinating projects from inception to completion.Developing training and briefing material for staff.Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makersTrack and report project progress to internal and external stakeholdersUpdate documentation and Project planUpdate Data security proceduresSupport Project Manager with customer surveys, project reconciliation and weekly billingsWhat We're Looking ForProven skills in written and verbal communicationsBasic project management strategies and toolsAbility to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholdersBasic relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skillsCandidate should be able to remain focused during times with timeline pressure.Company SummaryAristocrat InteractiveAristocrat Interactive is Aristocrat Leisure Limited's ( ASX:ALL ) regulated online Real Money Gaming (RMG) business and was formed in 2024 when the Anaxi and NeoGames businesses ( Anaxi , NeoGames , Aspire Global, BtoBet , and Pariplay) came together.
