
Sales Account Representative

As a Sales Account Representative at Hutcheon & Pearce, you will be the primary contact for customers in your designated Area of Responsibility (AOR), guiding them to suitable equipment solutions and providing tailored advice to support their success. You will go beyond traditional sales, acting as a strategic partner by staying informed on product developments, financing options, and industry trends to deliver valuable solutions.

Responsibilities Include:
- Represent the company in machinery sales, building lasting customer relationships
- Stay informed on product features, benefits, and competitors
- Participate in ongoing sales training and industry education
- Maintain accurate customer records with sales tools like EQUIP, Handle, and Sales Centre
- Follow structured sales processes for successful transactions
- Conduct equipment demonstrations in the field
- Assist customers with financing options for new and used equipment
- Collaborate with Service Specialists to optimize equipment performance post-sale
The Ideal Candidate should have:
- At least 1 year of equipment sales experience
- Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet applications
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- Ability to analyze sales reports
