**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Manage national clinic staffing, including recruitment, supervision, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Oversee student academic management, addressing progression, misconduct, and student support in line with policy.
- Deliver engaging and innovative clinical and academic teaching sessions across undergraduate programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of academic and industry developments through scholarship and professional engagement.
- Enhance student experience and retention by implementing quality improvement initiatives and responding to student feedback.

**About You**
- A bachelor's degree AND Post-graduate qualification in the field or related area (for Higher Education courses)
- Post-graduate Certificate/Diploma in Higher Education is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience managing a team with diverse backgrounds and demographics to
