This brand which is a leader in its space has recently launched following the completion of an acquisition from a well-known business. With significant investment, a new Board and leadership team, it is positioned and aiming for growth. The P&C function is growing and has a great opportunity for a HR professional to join this enthusiastic and engaged team.

Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will be responsible for partnering with frontline leaders of the business to enable them to achieve business objectives and develop their people. Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide advice, guidance and support to leaders on employee relations issues.
- Implement and drive the performance management processes and practice, including helping to develop performance objectives and individual development plans.
- Collaborate with COE's to lead the deployment of all enterprise-wide P&C programs such as employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition & talent management.
- Facilitate identification, development & retention of existing and pipeline talent.
- Work with managers to develop and implement local employee retention practices & initiatives.
- Coach, lead and mentor individuals to create a high performing culture.

Tertiary qualified, you have solid generalist skills including "hands-on" experience in achieving and maintaining compliance with employment regulations. Your background has been gained from working in service orientated, multi-site workforces where employees are covered by Awards and EA's. You have outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management skills and have a solution orientated mindset.
