We are looking for a talented and experienced Procurement Officer to provide support to our Procurement Team nationally across Australia.

Based in fantastic Brisbane city location with a hybrid work arrangement, you will report to our Procurement Lead to assist in the coordination of plant and equipment, supporting the project and tender teams.

You will be a confident communicator who enjoys building relations both internally and externally. This role will be responsible for generating weekly plant and equipment reports, reconciliation of statements at the end of each month, maintenance tracking, equipment forecasting and reviewing and processing of invoices for plan hire.

- Previous experience in a Procurement-based role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build relationship with suppliers for plant and equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and with mínimal direction
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
