**The Position**

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our remote team at Buffel Park Village in Moranbah, Central Queensland. Here, you will work with our professional housekeeping teams who strive to provide an environment that allows our residents and guests to relax and re-energise, always delivering exceptional service.

This is a drive-in, drive-out with locals encouraged to apply. You will be working a 9 day on 5 day off roster - 10 hours per day.

Your key duties include but are not limited to:

- Managing and supervising of the village cleaning team
- Assist cleaning the site crib rooms and general site cleaning
- Maintain positive relationships with the client
- Assist management to maintain procedures and actively engage in the site safety culture

**The Person**

You'll be perfect for this role if you have:

- Previous industrial cleaning experience in a similar industry
- Ability to motivate and lead a successful team
- Strong time management skills working to meet demanding volumes
- Previous management experience leading teams
- Remote work experience preferable
- Basic computer skills
- Strong safety focus and able to uphold this within the team
- A team player with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Exceptional personal presentation & flexible "can do" attitude
