We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Support Officer. In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills to identify project opportunities to grow revenue, and support customers with quotes and advice to ensure an exceptionally easy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor project feeds via BCI and similar platforms, as well as inbound tender opportunities.
- Conduct proactive research activities to source project opportunities or key stakeholders.
- Follow up project opportunities to secure high-level project details and refer opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Provide support to Customer Service at agreed daily time-blocks.
- Provide basic advice and product recommendations, collaborate with project consultants for solution design and cost approach.
- Complete relevant parts of tender submission relating to scope and pricing.
- Collate and handover complete and accurate information for the Operations team.
- Maintain a clean database of client and project opportunity information.

Key Requirements:

- Previous phone-based sales/lead generation role.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Operate with a high level of integrity and loyalty.
- Fast learning and great information retention.
- CRM software and sales processes experience.
- Practical knowledge of building/construction (desirable but not essential).
